Visiting Rotarians may request a copy of our ongoing programme of meetings (the "Year at a Glance") from the Club Secretary. However, our normal programme of meetings in each month is as shown below (all times approximate). If the 1st Monday is a Bank Holiday, meetings are moved forward one week (so Club Council will be on the 2nd Monday). Meetings normally finish by 8pm (if a Fellowship Evening) or by 8.30pm if there is a speaker. Very occasionally, a meeting is held at a different venue, or the time may be varied, for instance, to permit a round of pitch and putt or a cricket match; when normal dinner may be replaced by a buffet. Otherwise, our dinner normally consists of starter, main course and desert (vegetarian or low-cholesterol available on request).
1st Monday - 6pm for 6.30pm - Dinner with a speaker; or a fellowship evening followed by Club Council 8.30-9.30pm
2nd Monday - 6pm for 6.30pm - Club Business Meeting - Dinner, no speaker
3rd Monday - 6pm for 6.30pm - Dinner with a speaker; or a fellowship evening
4th Monday - 6pm for 6.30pm - Dinner with a speaker; or a fellowship evening
5th Monday - 6.30 for 7.00pm - Dinner with our Ladies/Partners; with a speaker
